PRESS RELEASE

French Oil Mill Machinery Company to Sell
ISOBAR® and ISOPLATEN® Products

Acrolab, Ltd. of Windsor, Ontario, Canada and the French Oil Mill Machinery Company of Piqua, Ohio, USA, announce the sale/acquisition of licenses for the sales of ISOBAR® Super Thermal Conductors and for the manufacture and sale of ISOPLATENS® within the rubber molding and processing industry in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Acrolab has also licensed French to market these same technologies world wide, outside of the European Union, Russia and Turkey.

The French Oil Mill Machinery Company holds a leadership position in the rubber processing and molding sector, said Acrolab President Joe Ouellette. "We are very excited to be associated with a firm such as French, who displays the combination of deep roots and great forward vision within the Rubber sector".

"French's capability to present this unique thermal system technology and to potentiate it through integration with the compression press process to the benefit of our combined customer base will insure that the rubber molder/processor receives significant benefit in terms of enhanced profitability, rapid application engineering and delivery of Acrolab's well-recognized proprietary thermal management and super thermal conductive technology from one North American source, focused specifically on the Rubber sector," said Ouellette.

Daniel P. French, Chairman of the Board and President of this 107-year old, technology-driven company, said: "We are very pleased to acquire this unique and proprietary technology that Acrolab has developed and marketed so successfully over the last twenty-five years. This new licensing agreement gives French Oil Mill Machinery Company the integration of our production press line with a "state-of-the-art" heat transfer technology. This is for the benefit of all our customers, whether they wish to purchase our latest press with integrated ISOPLATEN® systems, revitalize older French presses or improve the performance of presses by other manufacturers with the addition of custom engineered ISOPLATENS®."

"These technologies will provide French's customers with increased profits through reduced cycle time and enhanced production through scrap reduction", he added. "French will also be providing the engineering design and hardware for Acrolab's unique "ISOBAR® engineered heat transfer systems" for use in rubber injection, transfer and compression tooling."

The French Oil Mill Machinery Company, founded in 1900 by Dan French's grandfather, has a long history of innovation and expansion in the rubber industry. French's hydraulic presses are well known for their patented "taper keys", very low deflection, rugged construction, long life and outstanding customer payback, as well as industry-leading three-year warranty.

"This latest acquisition makes us the first and only supplier to integrate hydraulic press technology and thermo dynamic technology, for high production, profit oriented molding systems," Dan French noted. "With these new ISOBAR® and ISOPLATEN® technologies, French can now offer our customers a complete solution to their complex molding challenges, and fulfills our company goal of helping our customers make more profits, as their Partner in Processing".
