We have highly skilled assemblers experienced in electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies. With crane capacity of 30 tons and hook clearance of 23 feet, we are capable of handling large components. A sunken pit, 25' x 15' x 4' deep, provides additional clearance. Our service also extends to field service needs performed at the customer's site.
To ensure accuracy, completeness, and acceptability of materials and workmanship, French has the equipment, including a Faro Portable CMM, to inspect in accordance with your written procedures. French also is ISO 9001:2008 certified. Whether your requirements specify dimensional, hardness, ultrasonic, magnaflux, die penetrant, laser alignment, surface or hydrostatic inspection, French has the experience to inspect in accordance with your contract requirements.
