French offers Hydraulic Presses for Aerospace, Aviation and Defense Applications

Piqua, Ohio (January 7, 2011) – The French Oil Mill Machinery Company custom designs, manufactures and supports hydraulic presses for aerospace, aviation and defense applications such as honeycomb wing structures, interior and exterior body panels, composite brake components and assemblies, critical high temperature molding materials, seals and gaskets.

French combines rugged patented taper key sideplate or column hydraulic press designs with highly dependable electrical and hydraulic systems.  Our hydraulic presses are known to deliver exceptionally low deflection levels and produce finished dimension molded parts. Carefully designed features extend the life of the press while also producing more consistent and higher quality parts with extremely consistent thickness and flatness specifications.

Sideplate Hydraulic Press

Our hydraulic presses help customers lower their production costs by reducing scrap rate, flash and post handling requirements. This dependability helps reduce the total life cycle costs, while improving your overall profitability.

We design hydraulic presses with capacities ranging from 20-2000 tons for compression, transfer or vacuum molding.  Integrated heated platen, Isoplaten® and hotplate profit oriented molding systems help your bottom line.

French also provides rebuild, retrofit and productivity enhancement solutions for used presses. Most press components are manufactured in our 225,000-square foot facility in Piqua, Ohio.  We are ISO certified and have customers in more than 80 countries.
